In an era of industrial automation, Payodhaara stands as a defiant ode to the handmade. We don't use planetary mixers or commercial ovens. We use our hands, a simple OTG, and an obsessively curated selection of the world's finest ingredients.

Every ingredient is sourced without compromise. We fold, knead, and pipe every single creation manually. It is a slow, laborious process, but it is the only way to achieve the texture and soul that machinery simply cannot replicate.

Note: We operate on a pre-order basis. We take orders over the weekend and bake fresh to sell throughout the upcoming week, ensuring every bite is as perfect as intended.
